Our Vision for Twenty Four Seven

In 24/7 Greensboro, you will become one of the greatest leaders/servants of your generation. 24/7 creates an environment to give you clarity of purpose, direction and a discovery of personal potential.
The program lasts for two years as you earn your associates degrees though GTCC.

At 24/7, we make every effort to teach the way Jesus did through relationships and life experiences. Students will have hands-on experience in leadership inside and outside the church. Students will have adventures beyond what they ever imagined, ministering to hundreds of people locally and abroad, sharpening their skills in leadership, disciplining their minds and bodies, and going beyond what they ever thought possible.

24/7 is ideal for students graduating from high school; college students that want to go farther faster; or graduates who desire to have a season of life dedicated 100% to God before they begin their careers. 24/7 sows in you all the foundations that you need to pursue your next step in life and for you to be light-years ahead of your peers in ministry and in the work force.

Our leadership school will include city- impacting outreach, global missions trips, dynamic classroom teaching at Daystar and GTCC, physical training, worship, prayer, fasting, Bible study and active involvement at DayStar Church.

If you are truly up for this life transforming challenge, come spend 9 months with us and let it propel you into your future. Your world will never be the same.

Contact Stephen@daystargso.com and we will gladly answer any of your questions. Application deadline is May 25th 2013.

Program Focus__________________________
24/7 Greensboro is a unique leadership school experience all to its own. At 24/7 Greensboro you will find that this program focuses on 3 major aspects.
1. Character -
Character is a foundational trait that must be in place before leadership can happen.
Good character will be built on serving the church and the community around us.
-We will focus on changing the community around the city of Greensboro so that they can see God's children serving them.

2. Leadership -
This program is designed specifically around leadership in any occupation as well as ministry. Are goal is to develop the greatest leaders of this generation inside and outside the church.
Students will be able to learn specific skills that will allow them to excel wherever you go.

3. Education -
Students will be enrolled in an accelerated associates degree at Guilford Technical Community College. The students will be taking up to 12 credits a semester on common core classes.  Students will complete after 2 years (1 summer session) a college preparatory certificate transferable to any university in the country.
The Diploma of Transfer Readiness

Details

The Diploma of Transfer Readiness is designed for students who do not intend to complete the associate degree, but do want to transfer to a four-year institution. Students who complete the entire general education core as outlined will meet the 44 credit hour requirement for this diploma and will meet the general education core at any North Carolina system university or articulation agreement partners. The diploma, while not a 'permanent credential in the sense of the A.A. or A.S. degree, does serve as a marker on students' transcripts so the universities know the general education core is complete.

- Building trust

Dating
* We do not allow our students to date during the program during the first year.
If you are currently in a relationship, we would ask you to stop that relationship while you are in the program.
We feel that during this program you will need to focus 100% on God so that He can reveal things to you in clarity.
We also do not allow students to date inside the program itself.
Dating and inappropriate relationships is one of the biggest push backs that we receive from the program, but trust us, the program is worth it. After you first year is over, we allow our students to be in relationships.
